Toucan Communications was formed as a partnership in 2000 by two prior call-centre contractors; Ann Keast and Karen McNeil. Since its inception, Toucan has proven to be one of the top performers for its two major clients in the fast food industry and will continue to grow at a consistent pace into the future. Toucan now provides in-house customer service and software training for all new Independant Contractor's at their office location in Markham.
